Annapurna Base Camp Trek

ABC Trek is one of the most popular treks in Nepal, a spectacular journey on foot to the South Face of Annapurna a pleasant hike through the diverse Nepalese landscape and its culture. On your 13-day journey, you will reach the base camp of the world’s 10th highest mountain, Annapurna (8,091m/26,545ft).

This extravagant high region includes the Poonhill, famous viewpoint, from where the entire Annapurna range can be observed, and some of the famous peaks including Annapurna I, the first 8000m peak climbed in Nepal. The trek passes proceeds through scenic, deep valleys, lush rhododendron forests, scattered villages over high ridges and ascends the narrow gorge of the tumbling Modi Khola. The trail above Chomrong can be rough and sometimes challenging but the rewards that await in the sanctuary are worth every bit of effort you spend. It is challenging even its short and easy since some parts of the route pass through avalanche region. This trek can be added with Annapurna Circuit to be completed in 26 days.
